Second public forum for the project Construction of a wastewater treatment plant in the municipality of Rožaje

that the Project Lead Agency, the Directorate for Investments and Development Projects - Development Project Development Service of the Municipality of Rožaje, has submitted a request for approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the project Construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Municipality of Rožaje.
The location of the WWTP is on a part of the construction land in the industrial zone "Zeleni" with an area of 19657 m2, defined by the Spatial Urban Plan of the Municipality of Rožaje until 2020 ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", No. 31/12 and No. 2/17), which includes the following cadastral plots: No. 1374/1, 1374/2 and 1374/3 KO Rožaje, 1374/29, 1374/34 KO Rožaje, 1374/4 KO Rožaje, 1374/5, 1374/6 and 1374/7 KO Rožaje, 1374/10 KO Rožaje, 1374/19 KO Rožaje, part of cadastral plot No. 1373 (according to the Study, split cadastral plot 1373/2), parts of cadastral plot No. 2514/3 KO Rožaje (according to the Study, cadastral parcels 2514/12 and 2514/15 were split), part of cadastral parcel no. 2514/2 KO Rožaje (according to the Study, cadastral parcel 2514/16 was split), part of cadastral parcel no. 2514/4 KO Rožaje (according to the Study, cadastral parcel 2514/8 was split).
The request with the necessary documentation on the planned project will be available to the public for thirty (30) days from the date of notification, in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning and Spatial Development of the Municipality of Rožaje, 1 "M.tita" Street - Office No. 11, every working day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The report can be downloaded from the website of the Municipality of Rožaje www.rozaje.me .
The deadline for public discussion and submission of written comments and opinions to the address of the Secretariat for Planning and Spatial Development of the Municipality of Rožaje, as well as to e-mail urbanizamrozaje@t-com.me , is until 25.03.2025.
The second public forum on the Study in question will be held in the hall of the Public Institution "National Library" Rožaje on March 11, 2025, starting at 11 am.
